Franken Girl

Justin is irritated that Alex keeps going into his retreat and getting stuff without permission. To prevent this from happening in the future, he creates Franken-girl. He uses his laptop’s motherboard. (Max was supposed to get him a brain, but wasted the money on a keychain.) Max then tells Alex that Justin that he created a Alex proofing monster. Harper and Alex then go into Justin’s room; Harper screams and Franken Girl has Alex tied up with one of Justin’s belts. But to Justin’s dismay, his plan back fires when Alex shuts Franken-Girl down. Justin uses a spell to make Franken Girl Alex’s best friend, but again his plan backfires when Alex and Franken Girl become fast friends. He finally uses a spell to make Franken Girl a cheerleader, ending up with Alex finally having an extra-curricular activity. Alex was flown into the roof because of Franken Girl at the end of the episode.

Halloween

When the Waverly Place Merchant’s Association confront the Russos about not having an acceptable Haunted House every year, Alex and Harper plot along with Theresa to make their haunted house truly scary with actual monsters, but they take things too far.

Monster Hunter

Justin signs up for Monster Hunting, after he masters his last spell, to complete his wizard training, so knowing Justin could become the full wizard makes Alex study and then she and Harper creates songs to remember spells as Justin does. Max performs a spell that separates his conscience from himself. Then, he performs another spell to make monster go over NYC area to sabotage Justin’s training even though his conscience tell him not to. Later, Alex, Max and his conscience goes helping Justin with the monsters and Alex performs two spells successfully and save Justin.

Three Monsters

Justin begins his Monster Hunting course and senses that there are three un-registered monsters on Waverly Place. Forgetting that Juliet and her family live there, he tells the professionals, and they come looking for her. Realising his mistake, Justin tries to fix it. Meanwhile, Max tries to separate himself from his conscience because he thinks that he’s trying to steal his mom.

Night At The Lazerama

Mr. Tootietootie tells Justin that when a mummy looks at a person’s eyes, he controls the person forever. Justin and Juliet go to the museum trying to capture this mummy; however, they end up getting trapped in an exhibit with a soundproof plastic window, leaving them unable to call for help and the window itself immune to Justin’s magic. Justin believes that they can wait till morning for a worker to let them out, but quickly realizes otherwise when he remembers that exposure to sunlight will incinerate Juliet. Justin ultimately decides that Juliet needs to look in the mummy’s eyes and become his slave in order to leave so she will not be destroyed, though he promises to hunt down the mummy and save her one day. Meanwhile, Alex, in an attempt to stop Max from doing better and getting all of their parents’ attention, separates Max from his conscience, and Conscience begins to become his own person. As a result, Max completely forgets how to make decisions, and he begins to behave very badly, which Alex had not counted on. After reuniting Max and his conscience, Alex sees Justin’s plight and frees him from the exhibit, but is too late to stop the mummy from taking Juliet. Though composed at first, Justin breaks down completely when Alex, in an attempt to comfort him, offers to take him out for cookie dough ice cream, and the episode ends with Alex and Justing embracing each other comfortingly.

Doll House

After Harper finds out that her family is moving away, the Russos offer Harper to live with them. While Alex and Harper clean out the basement to make room for Harper’s things, they find Alex’s old doll house. Alex shrinks herself down to fit in the doll house to use as her own art studio, but Jerry and Theresa give the doll house away to a little girl named Olive, with Alex still in it. Meanwhile, Justin tries to sell his “Captain Jim-Bob Shirwood Farmhouse Space Command Module”.

Marathon Helper

After Harper wins a marathon, she discovers that Alex used magic to help her win every competition since they were very young, including the marathon. Upset that she never really won anything on her own, Alex decides to let Harper do all the contests again from the past in order to have the opportunity to win without the aid of magic, though things go wrong when Harper proves to be completely incompetent in everything. Meanwhile Justin decides to enter the marathon so he can be the first Russo to win an athletic trophy.
